Hello Everyone!

Sasha La Paws – My Very Special – Very Handsome – Zero Carb – German Shepherd Dog!

This is my first blog post and I just want to start by saying a BIG Thank You!!! to each and everyone who has helped me to get this far. You all know who you are. Family, Friends, and Facebook Acquaintances too numerous to mention. I appreciate you all so very, very much! Especially my mother who raised me with love, kindness, and a belief that I can be, do, or have anything I want.

While my journey has been long and – at times – difficult, every challenge has brought a gift for me to embrace. Every contrasting experience has given me greater clarity about who I am and what I want. In my deepest knowing, I would not have asked for anything to be different. The unfolding of my life has been perfect.

My arrival at Zero Carb living is the denouement of a search that began over 20 years ago. I have been asking for Well-Being with all my heart for as long as I can remember, but it was only by making the decision to be happy unconditionally that I was able to receive the answer and align with my desire. (Thanks to The Teachings of Abraham!) Everyone is different, and what works for me may not work for you. But Zero Carb Living is the action path that has lighted up brightly beneath my feet. It resonates to the very core of my being. Without question, it is a “Hell, Yes!”

If you are interested in joining me on this “meaty” adventure, I suggest you read my Welcome! page and my About Me page before moving on to the other articles I have written. I am looking forward to sharing this fun and joy-filled ride with you.

  1. Thanks for sharing your fascinating journey with us, Esmée! May countless folks continue to benefit from your research, personal experience, and clarity in sharing.

  2. Wonderful and congratulations! As I sit with a mildly sore throat, sounding more like Brenda Vaccaro than Tracie, thinking rather than a cold/sore throat, Source/my angels, the Universe is working on my throat to be able to express myself more clearly. I do believe clearing is being done for more people than just myself, so we may ALL speak our TRUTH with greater clarity. Smiling BIG for you Esmee’! My LOVE, Tracie

  3. What Karen said, +1. 🙂 Too, I think I know how you feel about being on a journey. I’ve been on my own journey for over 30 years. And while I’m not quite sure that I’m on exactly the right path for me just yet, I have had the same feeling you did, that everything I have experienced in life so far has lead to me to this point – i.e. to the point of embracing my inner worm. From reading Desmond Morris’s, “The Naked Ape”, in 1983, to becoming a strict, raw foods, fruitarian in 1988, to reading Tom Brown Jr.’s, “The Search” and schelping barefoot in the woods, sleeping in leaf huts, foraging for wild edibles, and many, many more unusual things, were all a search for balance, a mental and immunological balance that eluded me, and may have not be achievable – ironically enough – without worms. All these crazy years of searching, I may have simply been looking for my “old friends”. Who knew ? And now you present me this new and marvelously, unexpected, gem of an idea. I was meant to be a predator ? Was I meant to be a … wormy, predator ? Ha-ha ! Of course. I can see it all now. How could it have ever been otherwise ? 🙂

  4. Great job! This is gonna be fun for you because you are now open to everything that is in your vortex of great health, great joy, great wealth, great relationships, fun and laughter! Can’t wait to watch your journey!

  5. Hello, my dear…..Thanks for the thanks! This is a great blog. Keep on, keep’n on ♥

I’m so happy that you are on the road to health at long last. This journey may last a lifetime, but hopefully the next 40+ years will be filled with growing, glowing health, happiness and lots and lots of LOVE

Always wishing you the best of everything 🙂
