Everyone has a health issue to deal with. Being able to adapt to it is a big advantage. Peter has the right idea and it kind of verifies the huge impact Kerry Mann has had as an influencer.

@@conceptualelegance Interesting suggestion. I’ve done up to 5 days water fasting and that’s a dream when it comes to glucose management. Insulin on day 5 went from 20U to 5U per day. I understand you are saying a dry fast would have even more effect (or be faster)?
