Carnivore Diet Lessons from 103-Year Old

I was a vegan for 30 years or so of my life…on off meat on off vegetarian…but I got very sick and lost my balance with walking…still do not know what happened but since eating meat am stable and grounded with my balance…
So good to hear.
wow, so pleased for you,
were you a raw vegan

We are both 86 and back in October last year decided to embrace the Carnivore way of living while still 84. We checked with God to make sure this would be okay and He gave us Ps 91 which a lot of Christians got when they decided to not take the Covid injections. After nearly 7 months we are blown away with the amazing results we have gained by living this way. We both feel like we are back in our early 60s, heaps of energy and stronger and not tired during the day and sleep well at night… We are both a walking testimony to this way of living and like you Rabbi.we know God wants us around for a lot longer than we ever thought was possible. So many many thanks for your Utube that we are able to watch and be encouraged…
That is absolutely wonderful! Many blessings to you both.
Love this! 🙌🏻
My grandfather lived to 104. He wasn’t carnivore or even keto, but was very far from vegan. Until he moved into assisted living in his late 90’s and swiftly deteriorated, he ate meat at nearly every meal. He used to make the best scrambled eggs with fried kosher bologna for breakfast, just as an example.
Well said, brother 🙏
I have 2 questions.. as a carnivore..
Doesn’t it say in the bible that we should eat ‘everything’. All meat, vegetables, fruit, nuts seeds etc.
And didn’t Jesus eat a mediterranean diet?
Romans 14 gives us the ultimate stereotype, eating vegetables makes you weak 🤣
@@Meathead-10810 It says those whose faith is weak (modern veganism), eats only vegetables.
I’m talking about eating everything… like, I felt healthiest eating meat, vegetables and fruit..
Now carnivore.. Satiated mostly but it’s such a boring diet.
Pre- health food – eating everything – was happy but was fat lol.

@@countryroadstakemehome I’m eating pork belly now and yesterday I had 2 wagyu ribeyes that were $99/kg
Nothing boring about carnivore 🙂
Tomorrow I’m making Dr Kiltz carnivore ice cream 🙂

@@countryroadstakemehome Also, I’m sure there are many metaphors that could be applied to Romans 14 and they probably all apply to eating plants 🙂

If “everything” works for you, then great. When I eat any plant foods at all, I become extremely sick. When I am sick, I cannot serve Christ or my neighbor. We live in a fallen world. I believe that Christ would want me to nourish my body in whatever way supports me to serve Him. 🙏 ☦️
Well said.
My great great grand dad lived to 111. He was actually 100 years mostly meat based. Grew up on a farm where they only had fermented dairy and grass fed beef. So un intentional carnivore.
IMHO I look 20 years younger than my age of 69. Carnivore 7 years. I was once confined to a mobility chair. I had a scooter for traveling. Carnivore got me out of the mobility chair. It’s why I’m passionate about this lifestyle.
Fantastic!!
Do you eat dairy? I have dairy with coffee but I’m losing too much weight. Other than that I’m pretty strict.
Well said, Rabbi
I could not run or sprint since 2005 when I had a back operation.
2023, after 4 years of carnivore I can sprint again, it’s nice to be able to run and have no back pain & stiffness anymore 👍
Fantastic!!
If hunter gatherers all died at 30 then who raised their kids ?
They didn’t die at 30. They lived much longer but many more died in infancy so average lifespan (counting those who died in infancy) is closer to 30.
@@CarnivoreRabbi They also died of infection because of accidents, etc. No penicillin.

OOPS…..put our age at 86…. And it should have read 85…sorry about that and thanks for your encouraging reply Rabbi
WOW! Great video!! I just subscribed and will get all notifications!! I’m 72 and was disabled at 50 with chronic pain from fibromyalgia and had chronic fatigue syndrome and anxiety and depression! Then became type 2 diabetic, got arthritis and degenerative disc disease and had 5 spinal fusions! Went carnivore a little over 2 years ago and I am no longer type 2 diabetic, and my pain is minimal, anxiety and depression are gone, and I am now off 7 of my 11 long term prescriptions and reducing the remaining ones! I thank God for showing me this way of eating!! Looking forward to hearing more from you!! God bless you for sharing this amazing way of eating!! ❤🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏
Wow. This is incredible. I am so inspired by your story.
Thanks again for another good video. I used to eat the regular sad diet and felt horrible and crappy and knew my health was getting worse. Since I went carnivore i have energy weight loss and know my health is improving every day. I also feel a kinship with many fellow carnivores. I haven’t joined a group yet feel a kinship with everyone who has shared about their carnivore journey. I have also watched a number of vegan people critiquing people who now are eating carnivore and the vegan people are so petty and judgemental that it makes me both sick and angry with the horrible attitudes they have. It seems that veganism is an identity with a lot of these people. I like to be careful because I don’t want to judge anyone no matter what diet they pursue. To me carnivore is not an identity but a technique and way of eating to empower me to get to know my own bodies needs take control of my own health. I am not a micromanager but use the simplicity of eating animal fats and protein till I feel full then stop relax and enjoy the rest of my time. It seems the most simple natural way to live. No more counting carbs or portions or calories. I have come to believe that such garbage was just a cheat a mechanism some people who wanted us to believe they were some kind of experts have conned a lot of people with. Now I believe that the only one who knows what I need to eat now is me. Everyone is unique and should be respected that way. To all the other carnivores out there you already have my well wishes and respect and to the other so called experts you will have to work very hard to get any respect from me anymore. After the health crisises that a couple of generations of health experts have afflicted the world with unhealthy food and total garbage advice it is healthy to be skeptical of the wannabe experts. I think by now many are wise to the manipulation of such cheats liars and snake oil salesmen of both recent past and present day. We won’t get fooled again. Health is very simple eat, digest rest and relax. The interference of experts, medical community and certain corporate interests based only on their own financial enrichment has led to a lot needless sickness and even death and there will be an accountability for those involved. To the guilty parties a few words please seek forgiveness and be ready to forgive those who have harmed you. To the fellow victims of a greedy medical and corporate establishment wake up and admit we have been lied to manipulated and fallen for some pretty wicked people. I have no problem admitting that I was played for a sucker but now is the time to go carnivore and reap the harvest of health self control and personal responsibility. Peace health and happiness to all.
Wow, that was a super good analysis of recent history. A very sensible manifesto, too!
